Wilcox has worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years, weathering its ups and downs by exploring new avenues and seeking opportunities to increase her knowledge and understanding of the business. Her journey has progressed from selling real estate, to becoming a loan officer, and since 2010 as a notary signing agent. This diverse experience has enabled Janice to impart a more complete understanding of the loan process to those she trains to perform real estate closings.

We envision the development of a notary signing agent Training Center to train and equip individuals to provide the exceptional service that is so important to the industry. Our comprehensive training program and evaluation benchmarks are designed to align with those established by the national notary organizations to prepare the trainees for certification.
